  • In a gallon-size ziploc bag, add the oil, vinegar, lemon juice, and all the spices/ seasonings. Mix to combine and set aside.

  • Pound chicken to a half inch in thickness, then place the chicken in the plastic bag.
  • Marinate in the refrigerator for 4- 24 hours.
  • Preheat the grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from the bag and discard the marinade.
  • Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until no longer pink.
  • Cut into slices, then serve with rice, pasta, or your favorite vegetables. (It is also delicious in a garden salad!)
