Key Lime Parfaits Recipe

Key Lime Parfaits are bursting with flavor and ready in just a few minutes! With lime yogurt, cream cheese, graham crackers, and whipped cream, these pretty little Summer desserts will have everyone wanting more!

  • 2 6 oz containers Key lime pie yogurt
  • 2 oz cream cheese 1/4 brick
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • 1 cup crushed graham cracker about 6 crackers
  • 4 tbsp melted butter 1/2 stick
  • whipped cream
  • key limes for garnish


For the crust:

  • Put the graham crackers into. aplastic Ziploc bag and crush them with a rolling pin until you have fine crumbs.

  • Transfer the crumbs to a small bowl and add the melted butter. Mix until combined.

For the filling:

  • Add the cream cheese and powdered sugar to a bowl and beat with an electric mixer until creamy.

  • Add the yogurt and beat until combined.

To assemble:

  • Add a layer of graham cracker crumbs to the bottom of a glass, then top with the yogurt mixture. If you are making 8oz parfaits, repeat this step so you have a total of 4 layers.

  • Pipe with some whipped cream and garnish slices of key lime and/or zest.
