- 8 cups Tater Tots frozen
- 1 Tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 15oz can black or refried beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup cheddar or Mexican blend cheese shredded
- 6 strips bacon cooked and crumbled, about a ½ cup
Prep. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Season and Bake. Lay the tater tots on the pan and sprinkle the taco season on top. Toss to evenly coat, and then spread tots into a single layer. Bake for 25 minutes until extra crispy to prevent becoming soggy.
Warm Toppings. Remove the tots from the oven and sprinkle with cheddar cheese, beans, and bacon. Bake for 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
Top and Serve. Remove the Tatchos from the oven. Top with desired toppings and serve!
