Ingredients

  • 8 cups Tater Tots frozen
  • 1 Tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1 15oz can black or refried beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup cheddar or Mexican blend cheese shredded
  • 6 strips bacon cooked and crumbled, about a ½ cup

Instructions

  • Prep. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Season and Bake. Lay the tater tots on the pan and sprinkle the taco season on top. Toss to evenly coat, and then spread tots into a single layer. Bake for 25 minutes until extra crispy to prevent becoming soggy.
  • Warm Toppings. Remove the tots from the oven and sprinkle with cheddar cheese, beans, and bacon. Bake for 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  • Top and Serve. Remove the Tatchos from the oven. Top with desired toppings and serve!
