Waffle Tacos

Waffle Tacos are the best of both taco worlds! The crisp edges give it the crunch of a hard shell taco, but the soft inside gives it the chewiness of a soft taco. Everyone gets fed, and everyone is happy!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 packet of taco seasoning plus water required
  • 10 Frozen Waffles

Instructions

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef to the skillet and cook, breaking up with a wooden spoon or spatula, until browned. Drain any excess grease from the skillet.

  • Reduce the heat to medium and add the taco seasoning and water to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for 5 minutes, stirring often
  • Meanwhile, toast the frozen waffles until they are crispy and warm.
  • Serve the taco meat in warmed waffles, adding your favorite toppings, as desired.
