Waffle Tacos
Waffle Tacos are the best of both taco worlds! The crisp edges give it the crunch of a hard shell taco, but the soft inside gives it the chewiness of a soft taco. Everyone gets fed, and everyone is happy!

- 1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
- 1 packet of taco seasoning plus water required
- 10 Frozen Waffles
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef to the skillet and cook, breaking up with a wooden spoon or spatula, until browned. Drain any excess grease from the skillet.
Reduce the heat to medium and add the taco seasoning and water to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for 5 minutes, stirring often
Meanwhile, toast the frozen waffles until they are crispy and warm.
Serve the taco meat in warmed waffles, adding your favorite toppings, as desired.
