Yogurt Parfait Bar

This delicious and fun yogurt bar is so easy to put together, and makes a perfect after school snack or special breakfast!

Ingredients

For the Peanut Butter and Banana

  • 1 cup Vanilla Greek yogurt or flavor of your choice
  • ½ banana sliced
  • 1- 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1- 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips or chunks
  • 1- 2 tsp. honey

For the Peach Crisp

  • 1 cup Vanilla Greek yogurt or flavor of your choice
  • ½ peach fresh, sliced
  • ¼ cup granola I prefer cinnamon
  • dash cinnamon

For the Berry Coconut

  • 1 cup Vanilla Greek yogurt or flavor of your choice
  • ½ cup mixed berries strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, etc.
  • 1 tbsp toasted coconut
  • 1-2 tsp. sliced almonds

Instructions

For the Peanut Butter and Banana

  • Add yogurt to a bowl, then layer sliced bananas, peanut butter, dark chocolate chunks, and drizzle the honey.

  • Add yogurt to a bowl, then layer fresh peaches, cinnamon granola, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
