I used Crunchmaster Rosemary & Olive Oil Multi-Seed Crackers as the base for the appetizers, and they worked perfectly! They’re so crisp and delicious, as well as gluten free. They’re made with simple and wholesome ingredients like sesame, quinoa, flax, and amaranth seeds. They’re also 100% Whole Grain, low in sugar, free of saturated and trans fats, and kosher. Best of all, they taste great!

How to Make Cranberry Brie Bites

To make the appetizers, just lay your crackers out on a baking sheet, then top them with slices of brie. Bake them until the brie is warm and melty.

Ingredients

  • 24 Crunchmaster Rosemary & Olive Oil Crackers
  • 3 ounces brie cheese cut into 24 small slices
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 24 pecans
  • 2 sprigs rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350. Lay the crackers out on a baking sheet, and top each cracker with a slice of brie.
  2. Bake the crackers for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melty.
  3. Remove from the oven and top with a small scoop of cranberry sauce and a pecan. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary leaves and serve immediately.
