Easy Holiday Appetizer
If you are looking for the easiest, tastiest appetizer you’ll make all year, these cranberry brie bites are here for you! They’re the perfect holiday appetizer – easy and quick to make, and totally delicious! They have such a fun combination of textures and flavors, with melty brie, sweet and tangy cranberries, crisp crackers, and crunchy pecans. There’s a ton of flavor packed into each little bite!
Brie and Cranberry Bites
During this busy time of year, I need recipes that taste amazing but don’t require much effort on my part. These cranberry brie appetizer bites totally fit the bill! I used Crunchmaster Rosemary & Olive Oil Multi-Seed Crackers as the base for the appetizers, and they worked perfectly! They’re so crisp and delicious, as well as gluten free. They’re made with simple and wholesome ingredients like sesame, quinoa, flax, and amaranth seeds. They’re also 100% Whole Grain, low in sugar, free of saturated and trans fats, and kosher. Best of all, they taste great!
How to Make Cranberry Brie Bites
To make the appetizers, just lay your crackers out on a baking sheet, then top them with slices of brie. Bake them until the brie is warm and melty.
Once they’re out of the oven, just top them with a tiny scoop of cranberry sauce, a pecan half, and a few rosemary leaves. They’re so simple, but so colorful and fun!
These cranberry brie appetizer bites are best when they’re served immediately. If they sit for too long, the cranberry sauce may leak a little, and no one wants a soggy cracker! If you want to make them in advance for a party, I would suggest baking the crackers with the brie and adding the pecan, but waiting to add the cranberry sauce and rosemary until just before serving.
These appetizers are packed with flavor, and have the perfect combination of savory and sweet, and creamy and crunchy. They’re perfect for a holiday party, or just a late night snack!
