This No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake recipe is one of the easiest and prettiest desserts that you can make- I hope you love it as much as I do!

How To Make Strawberry Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 Cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- 8 graham crackers
- 1/2 Cup butter, melted
- 1lb fresh strawberries, diced (about 2 cups)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
You will also need:
- 12 quarter pint mason/ jelly jars
Instructions
- Make the Crust – Crush the graham crackers in a plastic bag, then add it to a mixing bowl with the melted mutter. Mix until well combined. Add 1 heaping spoonful of graham cracker mixture to each jar, and pack it down tight with the back of the spoon.
- Make the Filling – Using a hand mixer, mix together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the Cool Whip. Spoon into each jar, diving evenly. If you have a lot of the cream cheese mixture on the sides of the inside of the jar, wipe it with a napkin or a clean finger so the next layer (the strawberries) isn’t hidden or cloudy.
- Make the Topping – In a small bowl, add the diced strawberries and sugar, mixing to coat well. Divide evenly among all the jars.
- Let it Set – Refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy!
