Not every meal has to take forever to cook and prep! We’ve got another easy dinner idea for you tonight to add some variety to your weekly menus. There is nothing super gourmet about these chicken sandwiches- but they are tasty and filling, not to mention quick and easy! This is one of those meal I prepare for our realllly busy nights. My kids can grab them and go and eat them in the car on the way to practice, if necessary. Or, we eat Chicken Sandwiches for casual dinners at home with a side of frozen french fries or potato chips. Easy peasy! Another bonus of this meal is how affordable it is. I can feed my entire family of 7 for less than ten bucks. Sweet!
How To Make Chicken Sandwiches
This classic recipe is easy to make and everyone will love it!
Ingredients:
- frozen breaded chicken patties
- hamburger buns
Toppings:
- lettuce
- tomato
- sliced cheese
- mayonnaise
- mustard
- avocado
- red onions
Directions:
- Cook the chicken patties according to package directions.
- Heat hamburger buns in microwave or in the toaster oven.
- Place chicken patty and desired toppings on bun.
- Serve with a side of fries or potato chips and call it good!
Variation:
Spread some Frank’s Red Hot sauce on top of the chicken patty for a spicier Buffalo Chicken Sandwich! YUM!

Ingredients
- 8 chicken patties, frozen
- 8 hamburger buns
- 2 cups lettuce
- 1 tomato
- 8 slices cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup mustard
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 red onion
Instructions
- Cook the chicken patties according to package directions.

- Place chicken patty and desired toppings on bun.
