This St. Patrick’s Day parfait is a quick, no-bake dessert with pistachio pudding, brownies, and whipped cream. An easy, festive dessert ready in minutes!

Pistachio Pudding Parfait
I love to come up with fun dessert and drink recipes to make holidays more fun, and since St. Patrick’s Day is right around the corner, here’s something deliciously GREEN – a vanilla and pistachio pudding parfait.
What Is A Parfait
A parfait is a dessert that is layered with pudding, fruit, ice cream or anything else you can come up with. Parfait is a French word that translates to “perfect” in English. If you give me a yummy dessert that has several layers of goodness inside, I’ll definitely call it perfect!

Ingredients
I used store bought pudding and homemade brownies, but you can use completely homemade or completely store-bought ingredients. You will need:
- brownies, cut into cubes or slightly crumbled
- pistachio pudding
- vanilla pudding
- clear jars or glasses
- whipped cream + sprinkles, toppings optional

How To Make A Pistachio Parfait
- Begin layering your ingredients, starting with the brownie layer, then the puddings.
- Top with whipped cream, sprinkles or any of your other favorite toppings

Variation
Use mint chocolate chip and vanilla ice cream for a cold treat!
Storing Leftovers
I recommend storing each ingredient separately until you’re ready to serve to avoid the brownies getting soggy. Pudding should be fine in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
