An Easy & Healthy Snack
I put together this sweet and savory cracker board one afternoon and not only was it super easy, but these apple cheese crackers happened to be a hit with my entire family! We’ve made them multiple times since then, and my kids absolutely LOVE them!
To make these simple snacks, grab your favorite crackers. We have used Ritz, Club, and we even found a fancy cracker that had an incredible rosemary flavor and it was delicious! Slice up some cheese (we love cheddar and pepper jack, but you can use whatever cheese you love!) Place the cheese on top of the cracker.
Next, thinly slice an apple into bite-size pieces and place it on top of the cheese. I like to use a medallion slicer to get them nice and thin without cutting myself. Lastly, sprinkle each cheese cracker with a cinnamon/sugar mixture and enjoy! Of course, if you’re trying to keep this snack healthy, you’ll want to leave the mixture off these apple and cheese crackers.
