When it comes to snack foods, chicken wings are where it’s at! They’re delicious, easy to make, and come in just about every flavor combination you can dream up. I discovered my love of chicken wings about two years ago, and since then, I’ve been obsessed. These crispy baked chicken wings are my favorite way to make them at home. They’re simple, quick, and incredibly delicious!
These crispy baked chicken wings have only five ingredients, and come out of the oven golden brown and perfectly crisp. They’re healthier than fried wings, but they still have the same delicious taste and perfect texture. They’re also so unbelievably easy to make!
Once you’ve baked your chicken wings, you’ll need something delicious to dip them in! My family and I love the new Hidden Valley® Simply Ranch dressings, available at Walmart. They come in three delicious flavors: classic ranch, chili lime, and cucumber basil. They’re all made with no artificial preservatives, flavors, and colors, and have all the deliciousness you expect from Hidden Valley Ranch. They’re also made with real ingredients, like buttermilk, garlic, onion, herbs and spices, for a taste you can feel good about.
I love that Walmart has everything I need to make a quick and delicious meal or snack! You can find the New Hidden Valley Simply Ranch dressings on the dressing aisle at your local Walmart store. These wings are a huge favorite at our house, with both kids and adults! I’m always pleasantly surprised by how crisp and delicious they are, considering that they are baked, not fried. The crispy coating on the outside adds a lot of great flavor!
As great as they are on their own, though, they are fantastic when dipped in the cool and creamy Hidden Valley Simply Ranch dressing! The flavors complement each other perfectly. I like to serve them with a variety of fresh veggies for dipping, and my kids love dipping the veggies in the ranch dressing too. Crispy Baked Chicken Wings
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Hidden Valley® Simply Ranch dressing, for dipping
- Preheat the oven to 450. Line a baking sheet with foil or a silicone liner and spray with cooking spray.
- In a large ziplock bag, toss together the flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Toss the wings in the flour mixture to coat. Place the wings 1-2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet and spray the top of the wings with cooking spray.
- Bake 20 minutes, then turn the wings. Bake an additional 15 minutes, until crispy and golden brown. Serve hot with ranch dressing for dipping.
