These easy chicken hummus wraps are a new favorite way to enjoy hummus. They’re savory and hearty while still light and healthy, and have only six ingredients!
To make the wraps, you’ll simply layer your flatbread with hummus, sliced chicken breast, tomato, and avocado. I made homemade hummus for these wraps, but feel free to buy your favorite store-bought hummus to save a little time!

Easy Chicken Hummus Wraps
- 8 oz hummus
- 4 pieces of flatbread
- 2 medium tomatoes sliced
- 1 large avocado sliced
- 2 cooked chicken breasts sliced (rotisserie chicken would work well)
To assemble the wraps, spread hummus onto the middle of each wrap. Top with chicken breast, tomatoes, and avocado.
Enjoy immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
