Easy Hummus Wraps
Hummus is a huge favorite at our house with both kids and adults. It’s great for a quick snack with pita chips and fresh veggies, and also makes delicious sandwiches and wraps. These easy chicken hummus wraps are a new favorite way to enjoy hummus.
They’re savory and hearty while still light and healthy, and have only six ingredients! The best part is they only take 5 minutes to make. Plus, they’re probably healthier than any of my other go-to lunch ideas when I need something fast.
How To Make Hummus Wraps
Chicken – I like to grab a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store that’s already cooked. Just cut off as many pieces of chicken as you’ll need.
Hummus – I made my favorite homemade hummus for these wraps but feel free to buy your favorite store-bought hummus to save time on this step too!
Veggies – Slice the tomatoes, avocado and any other vegetables you want to place in your chicken wrap.
Compile – To make the wraps, you’ll simply layer your flatbread with hummus, sliced chicken breast, tomato, avocado and anything else you like.

Chicken Hummus Wrap Recipe
- 8 oz hummus
- 4 pieces flatbread
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 cooked chicken breasts, sliced (rotisserie chicken would work well)
- To assemble the wraps, spread hummus onto the middle of each wrap. Top with chicken breast, tomatoes, and avocado.
- Enjoy immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
