This tropical banana smoothie has only three ingredients, and is ready in under five minutes. So delicious, and perfect for an easy breakfast or quick snack!
If there are two things my kids love, they are smoothies and bananas! No matter the day, time, or season, they are always excited about a good smoothie, and particularly one with bananas in it. This tropical banana smoothie is one of their favorites and always disappears quickly at our house. It’s creamy and smooth, incredibly flavorful, and so delicious!
I decided to bump up the banana flavor in the smoothie by using Sir Bananas Bananamilk, and it was a delicious addition! It’s made with low fat milk and real bananas, and has 7 grams of protein per serving. Every serving contains eight essential nutrients: protein, calcium, potassium, vitamin B12, vitamin A, vitamin D, riboflavin, and phosphorus.
It’s versatile and great for smoothies, cereal, pancakes and waffles, and just enjoying on its own. It tastes great and adds a nice creaminess and sweet banana flavor to this smoothie.
This smoothie could not be easier to make! You just add all of the ingredients to the blender, and blend until smooth. The frozen fruit creates a nice thick smoothie, with a consistency almost like soft-serve ice cream. The combination of banana, mango, and pineapple tastes just like a tropical vacation in a glass. Yum!
If you love bananas as much as we do, you will adore this tropical banana smoothie. It’s perfect for a quick and delicious breakfast, a sweet after-school snack, or a tempting bedtime treat!
