INGREDIENTS –
- Cooked Chicken – leftover chicken, canned chicken, or rotisserie chicken all work great!
- Fruits, Veggies + nuts – pineapple chunks or tidbits, sliced green onion, shredded carrot, and sliced almonds
- Nonfat Plain Greek yogurt – traditional chicken salad recipes use mayonnaise, but the yogurt keeps this one light, and I prefer the texture and flavor of the yogurt in this one..
- Worcestershire sauce
- Spices – garlic powder, salt, and pepper

Ready for how easy this is? Simply add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl, stir until combined well, and serve!
